#### 1. Our Services

We provide towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, lockout services, and related transportation services in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area and surrounding regions. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, traffic, and safety considerations. We primarily offer **consensual towing and roadside assistance**. Non-consensual towing (if applicable) complies with Georgia Department of Public Safety regulations.

#### 2. Quotes and Pricing

- All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer.

- Final pricing may vary depending on actual distance, vehicle type, time of day, traffic, accessibility, and any additional services required (e.g., winching, recovery from off-road, or storage).

- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved electronic payments. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.

- We reserve the right to refuse service if payment cannot be secured.

#### 3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate information about your vehicle, location, and situation.

- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe for our operators to perform services.

- Remain with your vehicle or make arrangements for someone to be present unless otherwise agreed.

- Not request services for illegal activities or vehicles that are overloaded, hazardous, or contain illegal substances.

- Pay all applicable fees for services rendered.

#### 4. Cancellations and Refunds

- You may cancel a service request before our driver arrives. A cancellation fee may apply if we have already been dispatched.

- Once services are performed, refunds are generally not issued except in cases of clear error on our part, as determined solely by us.

- Storage fees for impounded or towed vehicles accrue daily and must be paid in full before vehicle release.

#### 5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law:

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

- We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle caused by pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in your vehicle unless due to our gross negligence.

#### 6. Vehicle Storage and Impound

- Stored vehicles may incur daily storage fees.

- After 30 days of non-payment, we may pursue legal remedies, including lien sales in accordance with Georgia law.

- Customers must present valid identification and proof of ownership to retrieve vehicles.

#### 7. Insurance and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZIPNSLIDE MOTION LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, except those caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

#### 8. Website Use

- The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

- We may update or modify the Site without notice.

- You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

#### 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Fulton County or DeKalb County, Georgia.
